So close, yet so far. try this: make the hands of the main guy into graphics, have one frame with the hand, another with a weapon, and the last with the weapon going into the body of something. do this with all the weapons and it will make animationg a whole lot easyer.

and some more sounds will make it enjoyable to watch as well.
